A resolution under section 1(2) of the Public
Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960 that as publicity would be prejudicial
to the public interest by reason of the special confidential nature of the
business to be transacted must be proposed if any item should be discussed in
Committee.

Notice
of Election due to vacancy of Cllr L Fisher-Cole has been advertised and
nomination papers are to be returned by Friday

Arising
a) Car Park, Addison Road Waste collection
service Fenland District Council.
b) Allotments The Clerk to report that a
letter from M Moss regarding the residents concerns had been received and a
suitable reply sent.
The tenant had been served with the annual
rent demand and contacted the Clerk about his tenancy etc. Again a reply had
been sent.
Cllr DiGovanni to report upon issues raised
at the last meeting.
c) CAB The Clerk to report that the CAB would
be attending on the third Wednesday of each month between 2pm to 4pm from
January to March. The date of the first session would be the 21st
January 2009. Notices have been displayed.
d) Cambs CC Village Benefits Advice Service
As they were unable to send the required number of leaflets to be included
with the Councils publication a notice is planned to be included in the
Wimblington News.
e) Matters raised in public Time Leaves
have been cleared along Doddington road but matter will be passed onto FDC. No
funds are available to introduce any Traffic Regulation orders at Chapel Lane/
Doddington Road, any matters must be addressed to the police. Speeding is an
issue for the police as funding is tied up with the review Central Government.
Unless grass verge is behind a yellow line no rules are being broken. Issues of
obstruction to and on footpaths should be addressed to Rod Marshall of CCC

Road site and are in correspondence to determine the correct listing of the
